Leaderboard01 ("the Bot", "we", "us") is a Discord bot that allows server administrators and members to create and manage leaderboards for any purpose. The Bot is provided free of charge and operates on the Discord platform.
Use of the Bot is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, which take precedence at all times.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service, in accordance with Discord's minimum age requirement. By using the Bot, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to use Leaderboard01 only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The Bot stores limited data necessary for its operation, including Discord user IDs, server (guild) IDs, leaderboard names, and score values. This data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Bot, you grant us permission to store and process this data for the purpose of providing the service.
Server administrators who add the Bot to their servers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Bot complies with these terms and Discord's policies. Administrators may manage, modify, and delete leaderboard data within their servers at any time.
We strive to keep Leaderboard01 online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, server downtime, or damages arising from use of the Bot.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms, Discord's policies, or engages in abusive behavior, without prior notice.
You may remove the Bot from your server at any time. Upon removal, you may request deletion of your server's data by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
